Sylvan ‘Garland’ Tap Pants – SECONDS
Lingerie$ 149Voluminous tap pants in an exquisite eyelash edged lace, reminiscent of romantic 1930s lingerie. Each piece has been individually hand cut for perfect pattern matching, with the delicate scalloped edge at the legline. Plush elastic finishes the waistband, finished with a delicate satin bow and Swarovski crystal at the centre front.
This style is designed to be fitted to the natural waist, with a loose hip fit. It is a pull on style, so if you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size as the lace in this collection has no stretch. For the best fit, please check your measurements against the size chart located in the tabs below. Please refer to the tabs below for care instructions and fabric content for these tap pants.
Due to the limited nature of the lace used for this garment, this style cannot be restocked. Only 14 pieces were made in total across the seven sizes (8-20). Of those 14 pieces, only 5 turned out as "regular" stock, with the remaining 9 pieces ending up here as "seconds".
What happened? To cut down on dye and water waste, Karolina piece dyed partially stitched garments (rather than the full length of fabric). During this process some of the 'Garland' Tap Pants got snagged. Rather then sending those "imperfect" garments to landfill, we felt it was more sustainable to repair them and offer them at a discount (because we know some clients aren't bothered by small faults/repairs).
How noticeable are the "imperfections"? They have been repaired so expertly that most of the repairs are nearly invisible and are not noticeable when worn. Because of the loose style of these pants, the fabric does not cling to the body so the repairs get 'lost' in the fall of the fabric. Please refer to the product photos to see photos of some of the repairs. The placement and size of the repair is different for each pair of tap pants. Please note: as these tap pants are sold as "seconds" at a heavily reduced rate, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not possible.

The intricate scalloped edge of this lace frames the neckline, with plush elastic trimming the underarms and underband. The satin strap wraparound-band and shoulder straps are fully adjustable with luxe gold plated components, fastening with a hook at the front underbust. The bralet is finished with a satin bow and a handsewn green Swarovski crystal bead. Two darts offer gentle lift to the bustline. Sif 8 Strap Suspender Belt
Lingerie$ 279A decadent suspender belt in symmetrically cut leavers lace, with gathered scallops forming ‘fins’ at the hip line. 8 suspender straps keep your stockings in line, with a firm plush elastic at the waistline anchoring this style in place. All metal components have a luxe gold plated finish, and a freshwater pearl charm embellishes the centre waist. Fastens with a hook and eye at the centre back, and lined with beige tulle.
