The Sylvan lingerie collection (#KLVxSylvan) is a collaboration between independent designers Karolina Laskowska and Vanyanís, made by Karolina in Norway. The collection is made using Karolina’s expertly developed patterns to create lingerie that makes you look, and feel, your very best. This collection is available in sizes 8-20, with many of the pieces featuring flexible sizing due to adjustable strapping.
The fifteen styles in this collection are made from a range of soft deadstock bridal lace (that we dyed emerald green). Each piece is finished with gold hardware, black satin elastic, bows and green Swarovski crystal beads. The four capes are finished with silk covered buttons. The collection can be worn as underwear (as pictured) or cleverly styled as outerwear (the Bralets would look incredible peeping out the top of a dress or shirt and the lace capes would make an amazing finishing touch to your outfit). Model Sizes & Garment Fit Notes
To assist you in assessing the fit of these garments and how they may fit your own figure, here you will find some notes about the models’ specs and the garment sizes they’re wearing. You can find the size chart for this collection on each of the product pages.
The first model pictured is Maharani Movement. Her measurements are:
Bust: 30″ Waist: 24″ Full Hips: 33.5″ Bra size: 10A/8B (AU/NZ sizing).
Maharani Movement is wearing a size 8 across the entire collection. Whilst her measurements fall just below the measurements for the collections “size 8”, the styles do still fit her (as you can see in the photos) with the tension of the lace and elastic not as firm as it may be on someone who’s measurements are a little bigger (aligning with the size chart).
The second model pictured is Whoopsie Daisy. Her measurements are:
Bust: 40.5″ Waist: 34″ Full Hips: 40″ Bra size: 14E (AU/NZ sizing).
Whoopsie Daisy is wearing a size 16 Bralet, size 16/18 for the Tanga briefs and a size 18 for the rest of the briefs. Comparing Whoopsie Daisy’s measurements to the size chart for the collection, her measurements align with a size 16 bust, a size 18 waist and a size 14 hip. As many of the brief styles are higher waisted we chose a size for her to model that matched her waist measurement.
