Postage Costs

We deliver via Australia Post using a tracked service (where possible) so you know where your order is as it makes it way to you.

We offer the following flat shipping rates for our online store orders:

  • Australia Wide (Express Post) $12 AUD
  • New Zealand (Standard Airmail) $25 AUD
  • USA/Canada (Standard Airmail) $30 AUD
  • Rest of the World (Standard Airmail) $35 AUD
  • For online orders over $1000 AUD we offer free shipping

(Different rates may apply for bespoke or couture orders.)

Postage costs are non-refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer (please see our policies for full terms and conditions).

Shipping Locations

We sell and ship to all countries worldwide, with the exception of the United Kingdom as of 1-Jan-2021. We are hopeful that in the future we will be able to resume selling to the UK but due to current laws surrounding the UK’s tax laws it is not currently possible.

Delivery Times

[Update: 1-Jan-2021] Please note that shipping within Australia and overseas is taking longer than usual, due to delays caused by Covid-19 affecting all forms of transport and shipping. Please be patient as postal workers the world over are doing their best during these unprecedented times.

For our Australian customers, we ship via the Express Post Service which usually means you will receive your order 1-2 business days after it has been posted. Please refer to the AusPost website for Express Post coverage.

For our International customers, we ship via the Standard Airmail service. Depending on your location, this usually takes 6-10 business days, after your order has been posted. Please check the AusPost International Post Guide for exact time-frames.


Extra cover is available where possible for added peace of mind. Please select this add-on option during checkout. Price is dependant on order value. Please note, your parcel cannot be insured for more than the retail value of its contents.

Occasionally orders can get lost or damaged in transit (despite our careful packaging). In this unlikely event we will be available to help. For higher value orders, we do recommend insuring for the value of your order.

Import Fees

If you are ordering from overseas, please be advised that your country may charge you import fees. Any such fees are payable by you. Please contact your customs office directly to determine if (and how much) any fees may/will be. It is illegal to mark down a price to avoid customs fees, so please don’t ask.

Order Processing Time

We will endeavor to post your order as soon as possible as we know how excited you are to receive it! Usually this is within 2-3 business days, but during peak times this may be increased. Orders are shipped out of our studio in Healesville, Victoria, Australia.

If ordering multiple products, all items will be shipped together. Shipping times may vary depending on what’s included in your order. Please view the individual product pages for delivery time frames, as some items may be ‘made-to-order’ or on back-order. If you wish for items to be sent separately, please place separate orders.

Once payment has been received and your order has been processed, we will email you an update along with a tracking number.

If paying by Direct Deposit (Australian customers only), please note that we will only ship your order once the payment has cleared. No exceptions.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In the event that you need to return an item for exchange, repair or refund you will need to contact us directly so that we may assist you. Please be sure to include your order number. The return address will be emailed to you.
