Postage and Handling
Postage and handling rates are calculated at checkout.
If ordering multiple products, please note your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Postage costs are non-refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer (please see our policies for full terms and conditions).
Most of our products are shipped from our office in Australia via Australia Post using a tracked service (where possible).
For orders shipped within Australia, we use the “Express Post” service from Australia Post.
We sell and ship to nearly all countries worldwide that shipping is available too with the exception of the following:
[Update 1-Jan-2021] We are unable to sell or ship to the United Kingdom. We are hopeful that in the future we will be able to resume selling to the UK but due to current laws surrounding the UK’s tax laws it is not currently possible.
[Update 12-Mar-2022] Due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine we are unable to ship to these destinations at this time.
[Update: 1-Jan-2022] Please note that all shipping is taking longer than usual, due to delays caused by Covid-19 affecting all forms of transport and shipping. Please be patient as postal workers the world over are doing their best during these unprecedented times.
For our Australian customers, we ship via the Express Post Service. Please refer to the AusPost website for Express Post coverage.
For our International customers, we ship via the Standard Airmail service. Please check the AusPost International Post Guide for exact time-frames.
Extra cover is available for added peace of mind. Please select this add-on option during checkout.
For orders shipped via Australia Post, insurance price is dependent on the order value you select. Please note, your parcel cannot be insured for more than the retail value of its contents.
Our lingerie collection is shipped via DHL. Insurance is a flat rate of $25 (as per DHL’s pricing structure).
Occasionally orders can get lost or damaged in transit (despite our careful packaging). In this unlikely event we will be available to help. For higher value orders, we do recommend insuring for the value of your order.
If you are ordering from overseas, please be advised that your country may charge you import fees. Any such fees are payable by you. Please contact your customs office directly to determine if (and how much) any fees may/will be. It is illegal to mark down a price to avoid customs fees, so please don’t ask.
Order Processing Time
We will endeavor to post your order as soon as possible as we know how excited you are to receive it! Usually this is within 2-3 business days, but during peak times this may be increased. Orders are shipped out of our office in Healesville, Australia or Wellington, New Zealand.
Once payment has been received and your order has been processed, we will email you an update along with a tracking number.
If paying by Direct Deposit (Australian customers only), please note that we will only ship your order once the payment has cleared. No exceptions.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
In the event that you need to return an item for exchange, repair or refund you will need to contact us directly so that we may assist you. Please be sure to include your order number. The return address will be emailed to you.
