The unique earrings are made with two of our original Engraved Corset Busk loops, that has been handcrafted in Melbourne and transformed into elegant earrings.     The loops have been expertly engraved with a two-tone antique black laurel design (reminiscent of Victorian corset details) and then transformed into earrings by our favourite jeweller. The earring hooks are made with sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold and have a lovely swooping shape and are of a sturdy weight, balancing out the design with the engraved loops.

    Nadja Black Mesh Corset

    ,

    The Nadja mesh underbust corset is an exquisite example of what's possible when you combine luxurious fabrics, textured embellishments and stunning craftsmanship. Made with a strong black corsetry mesh overlaid with a delicate leavers lace, this corset feels light to wear but is strong enough to withstand tight lacing so you can show off your curves. The corset is semi-sheer so incredibly easy to style over your favourite clothes (or wear as lingerie if you prefer...)

    As with all Vanyanís corsets, the Nadja corsets features a sleek silhouette and a smooth wrinkle free finish on the fabric. The steel bones are encased in external bone channels, evenly spaced around the corset so that when worn, it feels like a comfortable (but firm) hug. The bone casings, binding and front and back panels feature a luscious black satin fabric (the same used in our Ebonique Skirts) that is backed by a European cotton coutil for added strength.

    The front and back panels of this curvy corset feature an embroidered lace with tiny black sequins woven through it. (Please note: We decorated the corsets for the photoshoot with some Swarovski crystals on the mesh panels. These crystals are not included on the product.)

Or maybe you just need an excuse to get out of the house and make time for yourself to do what you love, in a dedicated sewing studio with like-minded people (let's be honest, life does have a habit of getting in the way and sometimes we need an 'event' or deadline to get us doing what we wanted to do anyway).

    Come and join in our Sewing Day and get all the help and support you need from Lowana O'Shea as you work on your individual projects. This 'Sewing Day' is intended to be fun, casual and full of the shared enjoyment of sewing.     Wellington Mesh Corsetry Course [Date: TBC]

    Book your place in this Mesh Corsetry Class and learn how to make your own steel-boned genuine corset using corsetry mesh. Building upon the knowledge you gained in previous Vanyanís courses, you'll learn how to work with sheer corsetry mesh and make external bone casings. Corsetry mesh is different than regular corset fabrics and requires an entirely different method of construction to ensure that your corset is strong and can be tightlaced. At the end of this corsetry course you'll have a custom fitted sheer black corset and personalised pattern to keep. You'll gain the confidence, knowledge and inspiration to build on your success and make more mesh corsets on your own.
